  1. Prices, Currency, and Taxes
  • Prices are listed in USD and may change without prior notice.
  • Taxes (e.g., VAT/sales tax) may be applied based on the buyer’s location and applicable laws. Additional currency conversion or bank/PayPal fees may apply.
  1. Payment
  • Payments are processed by PayPal. We do not store full card numbers or bank details on our servers.
  • Orders may be subject to fraud checks. We may hold or cancel an order if we suspect unauthorized or fraudulent activity.
  1. Delivery (Digital Fulfillment)
  • Upon payment approval, download links or access credentials are automatically provided (on-screen and/or via email).
  • Access links may have time or download limits. If you encounter a technical issue, contact us for a re-send.
  1. License to Use
  • Your purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the eBook.
  • Resale, public distribution, file sharing, or circumvention of DRM/technical protection measures is prohibited.
  1. Refunds
  • Because digital content can be accessed immediately, refunds are not available after download or access has begun.
  • Before download/access begins, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase.
  • We will refund duplicate charges, confirmed payment errors, or defective files attributable to us.
  • EU/UK consumers: Where statutory withdrawal rights apply, if you expressly agree to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge the right of withdrawal may be lost upon delivery, your right may be limited once access begins.
  1. Chargebacks and Disputes
  • Unauthorized or abusive chargebacks may result in restrictions on future purchases. In case of any issue, please contact us first to seek resolution.
  1. Limitation of Liability
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for direct damages related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
  1. Export and Compliance
  • You agree to comply with applicable export control and sanctions laws and not to purchase or use our products in violation of such laws.
  1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
  • These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Korea.
  1. Changes
  • We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page.
